The Salvation Army—Giving by Stock or DAF

Please let us know if you are making a gift. 
These are often transferred by financial institutions without any documentation, making it challenging to link the gift to a donor.

The San Francisco Salvation Army address is 832 Folsom St. San Francisco, CA 94107. You may see multiple listings that you have to go through to find this address. (We are many divisions under one corporate "territorial" headquarters in Southern California). 

If you see 30840 Hawthorne Blvd, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275, that is the address where gifts are routed before going to San Francisco. You may choose that address. 

If you indicate on your end you are giving to an event, please note that the DAF will contact the Army to inform us the IRS will not approve your gift if you have received any complimentary tickets or other goods and services from the Army. 

Note: If you are giving through Schwab DAF, please enter "Salvation Army: Western Territory" in exactly that format. Entering any other form of Salvation Army with Schwab's database will return a long list of inactive entities.
